Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain improved efficiency in mixing reflux exhaust gas and auxiliary fuel by means of introducing reflux exhaust gas to be supplied to auxiliary fuel gasifying atomizer to upper stream side of the said atomizing system. CONSTITUTION:With this system, a portion of reflux exhaust gas flows into mixing chamber 18 of fuel atomizer 7 together with a portion of air inflow from air- cleaner 5 so as to be mixed with atomized auxiliary fuel generated in this mixing chamber 18. Thus by placing the other end 22b of exhaust gas reflux passage 22 on upper stream of air inlet 19, the more satisfactory mixing efficiency becomes obtainable than in the case to set the same 22b on the down stream side because the passage length up to combustion room 3 for mixing reflux exhaust gas, auxiliary fuel and air inflow becomes longer resulting in the keeping- up of better combustion at time of exhaust gas reflux. High temperature of reflux exhaust gas also promotes atomizing of fuel in the casing 13 thus it economizes power consumption required for fuel atomization at supersonic trembler 14.
