Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently perform atomization and vaporization of liquid fuel for checking generation of tar by preparing a fuel atomization nozzle, a stirring vane for fine-regulating atomized fuel and a carburetor carburetting the scattering fuel.
CONSTITUTION: In case of starting combustion a heat plug 20 is first electrically conducted to heat a carburetor cylinder 19 up to the set temperature, then the motor 9 is started to turn a turbofan 12 and a stirring vane 27. The air generated by the fan 12 enters at the air inlet 11 into the wind starting chamber 14 and from the flow dividing chamber 18 a part as air reaches the carburetting chamber 23 through an inlet 16, while the rest as the secavdary air reaches the secondary air chamber 24 through the inlet 17. Simultaneously with said blast starting the liquid fuel is atomized toward the strirring vane 27 from an atomizing nozzle 30 through a supply pipe 29 thus the fuel is made into minute particles to be scattered and carburetted in the caburetting cylinder 19. The carburetted fuel is thereafter mixed with the primary air to be combusted at a burner head 31.
