Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure a quick and accurate measurement of a form, by manually shifting a sensor along a 3-dimensional curved surface and supplying the detection signal sent from an angle detector and varying by the shift of the sensor to an operator.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st and 2nd arms 31 and 37 are distributed on an inspection plane 101a to a 3-dimensional curved surface of a runner 3 or on a plane 101b which is parallel to the plane 101a. At the same time, a sensor 36 is provided close to the starting point of the measuring part on the 3-dimensional curved surface.
