Subsequently, when the ignition switch 4 is turned off, the electric power supply to the load 5 is disconnected, but the energizing current flows to a coil of the relay 3 for a set time by the time limit characteristic in the circuit 6, and electric power is supplied to the electronic controlling circuit 2. Accordingly, when this set time is set to above the memory content holding and continuing time required for the control characteristic, no hindrance occurs in the subsequent control.
