Abstract
PURPOSE:To minimize the size of an extra length process part and to increase processing efficiency, by rolling both an extra length and a part of connection of an optical fiber on the same sheet. CONSTITUTION:The connecting parts 2 of several optical fiber core wires are fixed en bloc onto a sheet of extra length process sheet 5. An extra length 3 at the side of an optical cable 8 is put on the sheet 5 through a core wire guide 6 of a cylindrical bobbin 4. Then the sheet 5 is wound around the bobbin 4. In such way, the size of an extra length process part is minimized to increase the processing efficiency.
