CONSTITUTION:While rolling a strip 2, the distance between rolls 1, 1 is detected by a distance detectors 4, 4' and the output is sent to an operator 6' and the difference is operated. The output from the operator 6' is sent to controllers 10, 10' and pressing cylinders 9, 9' are actuated by the output, and parallelism of roll gap between rolls 1, 1 is controlled. The difference of output of displacement meters 7, 7' that measure the position of pistons of pressing cylinders 9, 9' is operated by the operator 6 and parallelism of roll gaps is minutely.
