Abstract
PURPOSE: To change over grouts having permeabilities different to each other in a simple manner by a method wherein the grout contained in an injection pipe of double pipe construction, and is permeable and of rapid hardening nature, is switched over by the opening and closing of a valve.
CONSTITUTION: A reactant compound liquid for rapid hardening is sent through the inner pipe duct 1' of an injection pipe consisting of double pipes, and a water glass aqueous solution is forwarded through an outer pipe duct 2'. A check valve 8 for an inner pipe and a check valve 8' for an outer pipe are opened, a valve 5 is downwardly displaced by the fluid pressure of the liquid in the inner pipe, and a discharging port of a lower section is interrupted while both liquids from the inner and outer pipes are mixed in a mixing chamber 9, changed into rapid-hardening water- glass grout and discharged into the ground from a discharging port 3. When injecting only the permeable water glass grout, the valve is displaced vertically, the discharging port 3 is interrupted and the discharging port 4 of the lower section is opened. When the permeable water glass grout is completely discharged from the discharging port 4, the injection pipe is moved, and said process is repeated.
