Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain uniformly solidified ground by a method in which a quick- setting grout is injected from an outlet port positioned at the upper part of a double pipe and a slow-setting grout is injected from an outlet port positioned at the lower part of the double pipe. CONSTITUTION:A quick reaction agent liquid is sent through an inner tube path 1a, and also a water glass aqueous solution is sent through an outer tube path 2a, whereupon both liquids are mixed together in a mixing chamber 9 to form a quick-setting water glass grout. Then, the quick-setting water glass grout is jetted through an upper outlet port 3 into the ground. After a given amount of the quick-setting water glass grout is injected, the supply of the quick reaction agent liquid is stopped, and a permeating reaction agent liquid is sent through the outer tube path 2a and joined with the water glass aqueous solution, whereupon a valve 5 is displaced upwards because no liquid is sent from the inner tube path 2a, the upper outlet port 3 is closed, the lower outlet port 4 is opened, and the permeable (slow-setting) water glass grout is discharged from the lower outlet port 4.
