Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish a highly efficient application by impregnating the surrounding subsoil with two-liquid hardening grout having a gel time within a specified range as combined in the counter-flow and mixed in contact.
CONSTITUTION: At the insertion of the impregnation pipe into the ground, the spool valve 6 stays at the upper limit position different from that as illustrated charged with a spring and the second passage 10 and the guide hole 18 are communicated to allow water or the like to spout from the tip of the inpregnation pipe thereby facilitating the insertion thereof. At the time of grouting, the spool valve 6 is pushed up as illustrated with a grout liquid Ga fed under pressure to the first passage to communicate the first passage and the second passage 10 to effect counter-flowing in a mixing chamber 14. The grout liquids Ga and G6 are mixed in a counterflow chamber and injected into the subsoil from an inlet 4. The grout layer G to be formed can be limited to a fixed thickness because the gel time of the grouts are less than about 30sec.
