Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction due to the noise at the load side, by lead and display the light of the light emitting element of a photocoupler using an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:The light emitting diode D2 emits the light in response to the control signal supplied from the control circuit II, and this light is received by the phototransistor TR1 to secure an on/off driving of the switch circuit I. As a result, the electric power is supplied and discontinued to the load 2. One end 7a of the optical fiber 7 is set in opposition to the light emitting diode D2, and the other end is fixed to the main body 1 of the control device. The optical fiber leads the state of light emission of the light emitting diode from the end 7a to the end 7b to display the state of the load 2. In such constitution, a perfect insulation is secured between the circuits C and D. Thus the noise at the load side does not give any effect to the control circuit.
