Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable the focus adjustment with fast response to faster objective and to enable the pickup of images always in matched focus, by scanning the distance measuring objective and obtaining the distance information in a short time immediately before or after the scanning of pickup objective image. CONSTITUTION:The light flux radiated from the objective passes through the focal zoom 1 of the pickup optical system, and the light flux through the semitransparent mirror 4 of a beam splitter 3 forms the objective image on the photoforming plane of a pickup device 7. On the other hand, the light flux reflected from the semitransparent mirror 4 is formed on the second image 15 as normal image, which is observed by the operator. Further, under another pickup optical system, the distance optical system introducing the light flux for automatic focussing to the image plane of the pickup device 7 is placed. The front lens group 10 of the pickup lens system and the image forming lens of the distance optical system are interlocked through a link mechanism 31 and adjustment is made so that the objective images of both are focussed. Accordingly, the pickup of objective for pickup and the distance between objectives can almost simultaneously be made.
