PURPOSE: To provide a treating unit for water with ozone which keeps the yield and the absorption efficency of O3 optimum, by constituting the unit in such a way that the O3concn. of supplied gas is kept constant, and the O3 content of waste O3 gas discharged from the reaction tank is measured so as to normalizing the charging quantity of O3.
CONSTITUTION: Air or O2 supplied by a blower 1 is dried 2, and is sent through a pressure control valve 12 to an ozonizer 3 where ozone is generated. The ozone gas is led through an air flow control valve 13 to a reaction tank 4, where it is brought into gas-liq. contact with the soln. 10 to be treated and is discharged as waste O3 from the top of the reaction tank 4.
