Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the yield of stray losses and partial heating, by inserting a plurality of wedges comprising a magnetic material in the gap between a magnetic clamp and a core yoke part, and magnetically combining the magnetic clamp and the core yoke part. CONSTITUTION:The core yoke parts 2 and 3 are connected to the upper and lower ends of a core leg. An inner winding 6 and an outer winding 7 are concentrically wound around the core leg and fixed by core tightening metals 4 and 5. Circular magnetic clamps 12 and 13 are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the inner and outer windings 6 and 7. Magnetic wedges 8 and 9 each comprising two are inserted into the four positions in the gap between the upper core yoke part 2 and the upper circular magnetic clamp 12. Therefore, the gap between the magnetic clamp 12 and the core yole part 2 is magnetically connected by the wedges 8 and 9. Since a lot of magnetic fluxes flowing in the magnetic clamp 12 flows into the upper core yoke 2 through the wedges 8 and 9 which are in contact with the magnetic clamp 12, the losses in various portions can be decreased and the generation of partial heating can be prevented.
