The other two sides of the armature coil 3 are formed in such way that a rotary axis 4 and bearings 5a and 5b of the rotary axis 4 are covered from the outside of the longitudinal axis. A cylindrical magneto 9 and a rotary axis gear 7a are fixed on the rotary axis 4 and the rotational output of a rotary axis gear 7a can be transmitted to an output axis 6 through an output axis gear 7b.
