Abstract

1358219 Electric motors Y S KIT 8 Sept 1972 41879/72 Heading H2A In a motor having a stator 10 with two windings (not shown) moulded in a plastics casing body 12, a rotor shaft 26 is supported at one end in a bearing 44 in an extension 42 of the body 12, and at the other end in a bearing (46, Fig. 2, not shown) in a plastics cover plate 30, and both bearings are formed by the plastics material of the body 12/plate 30. The armature 28 is mounted on the rotor shaft 26 via a plastics sleeve (not shown in Fig. 1) having an end flange 29, and has the form of a cylindrical magnet with diametrically opposed poles.
