Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to blow-off separately into a horizontal blow-off and a downward blow-off in one blow-off port by a method wherein control panels controlling a flowing state of a stream are formed into a substantially arced configuration and an auxiliary member for deflecting the flow is provided between a convex surface of the panel and a wall surface opposing thereto. CONSTITUTION:A control panel 3 turning about a shaft 2 and having a substantially arced configuration is provided within an inlet port 1 of a stream having a guide wall 4 formed into a configuration expanding gradually toward downstream while an auxiliary member 5 of a column type, for example, for deflecting and dissipating the flow is provided movably up-and-down along a slit 6 provided on a side wall of the inlet port. When the control panel 3 and the auxiliary member 5 are situated at a condition (A), they do not affect to the flow substantially, therefore, the fluid is blown off horizontally. Next, when they are situated at a condition (B), a vector sensing upward is generated as shown in a figure (B), and a horizontal blow-off and a downward blow-off are obtained. Further, when they are situated at a condition (C), only the downward blow-off may be obtained.
