Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the difference between the load allotments by connecting motors electrically in parallel. CONSTITUTION:The motors of the first and second induction motors are mechanically linked together, and stator windings 11-13 and 21-23 are electrically connected to a three-phase power supply in parallel. The motor with the greater secondary resistance has a smaller load allotment, and the output of the motor having a greater load allotment is decreased owing to the increase in the secondary resistance caused by Joule heat of a copper loss. Therefore, the difference in the load allotments between the motors can be decreased.
