Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the reduction in a mechanical vibration of a head and to improve stability on the production of ink particles, by a method wherein a means, which separately controls amplitude of a plural number of vibrating systems for jetting ink particles through the application of pressure, is mounted. CONSTITUTION:A pressure chamber 15, and an ink feed port 16 and a nozzle 17, which are connected to the pressure chamber 15, are formed with wall materials 23 and 24, and piezoelements 25 and 26 are mounted at the outside of the wall materials 23 and 24 in a manner to nip the pressure chamber 15 by means of the piezoelements. Voltage pulses 29 and 30 are inputted, based on a recording signal 10, to said piezoelements 25 and 26 from a drive system 27. The drive system 27 consists of a drive pulse output means 31 and a voltage distributing system 32 for distributing the output from said output means 31, or consists of a drive pulse output system 31 for independently transmitting pulse to each piezoelement. The vibration of a head is caused to be minimized through the adjustment of the voltage of the drive signal sent to the two piezoelements 25 and 26.
