Abstract

PURPOSE:To liquate a material adhering to a section, which is difficult to be removed, easily by a method wherein a slidable plunger is mounted, and a distributing chamber with a distributing weir formed so as to throttle a passage is installed to an extruding side end of the plunger. CONSTITUTION:When exchanging a material, a plunger 3 is moved up to a lower limit, and the material in an accumulator chamber 4 is extruded from a nozzle 5. The plunger 3 is moved up to an upper limit location upper than an upper end location of a normal functioning range of the plunger 3, and a circumferential direction end 11 section is conformed to an external material extracting hole 19 while an internal low flow-rate section 18 is conformed to an internal material extracting hole 21 through a material discharging hole 20. The material is injected into external and internal distributing chambers 9, 14 through a material feeding passage 10 as shown by an arrow 17 under this condition. Thus, the material adhering to the inside of the internal distributing chamber is all removed easily.
