CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of fluid including at least one king of synthetic resin are injected from the center passway 1 and annular passways 2,3, surrounding the center passway concentrically into the mold cavity to mold a multi-wall or hollow or matrix structure product. The nozzle sectional area must have following relation: d1>do, (d1/d2)3/3(l1/l/2)>100, DELTAP/(l1+l2)<140, where: d0: width of annular passway (cm), d1: width of area with small flow resistance, d2: width of area with large flow resistance, l1: width of area with small flow resistance, l2: width of area with large flow resistance, P: pressure difference between these areas (kg/cm<2>). Segregated flow pressure is uniformed and deflection is prevented.
