Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an inject molding machine capable of preventing the adherence of purged material to a mold by using a method in which a shielding plate is provided between a mold on fixed side and a cylinder nozzle and purged material is received by the shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:A shielding plate 13 by which purged material is received is provided in a freely advancing or retreating manner between a cylinder nozzle 12 and a fixed side mold 6. When purging material, the cylinder nozzle 12 is retreated, the shielding plate 13 is lowered, and purging is made only as much as the number of setting times. The purged material 20 collides on the shielding plate 13 and drops into a receiving box 14. After the completion of purging work, the shielding plate 13 is lifted up, the nozzle 12 is advanced, and molding with another kind of resin is started.
