Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture the titled steel plate at a low cost by hot rolling a steel slab contg. C, Nb, Al, N, P, Si and Mn, carrying out cold rolling, and cooling the resulting cold rolled steel strip at a predetermined cooling rate after continuous annealing.
CONSTITUTION: A steel slab is hot rolled consisiting of 0.002W0.015% C, C%×3W (C%×8+0.020%) Nb, ≥0.02% and ≥N%×4 Al, 0.03W0,10% P, ≤1.2% Si, 0.04W0.8% Mn and the balance essentially Fe. At this time, the total reduction ratio is adjusted to ≥90%, the rolling speed of finish rolling to ≥40m/min, and coiling is carried out at ≥600°C to obtain a hot rolled coil. This coil is cold rolled to the final thickness. The resulting cold rolled steel strip is continuously annealed at 700W900°C for 10secW5min and cooled to at least 500°C at ≥60°C/min, preferably about 5W30°C/sec cooling rate.
