Abstract
PURPOSE:To correct a resistance value while preventing an increase in the area of a semiconductor chip, by providing a positive-pole side power voltage source and a resistance for a level shift on the outside of a monolithic semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION:To transistor Q3 applied with reference voltage VBB, input transistors Q1 and Q2 are connected in differential form and their common emitter is provided with constant current circuit I01 to consitute a logic block. Then, one logic gate is composed of the said logic block and an emitter follower output circuit having constant current circuit I02 provided to the emitter of transistor Q4 whose base is connected to the collector of transistor Q3. Then, level shifting resistance R7 is provided on the outside of power source voltage terminal P1 at the positive pole side of semiconductor chip IC constituting a momolithic semiconductor integrated circuit composed of said plural logic gates independently or establishing constant logic.
