Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the ignition performance for gas mixture, by utilizing output of a load sensor, engine revolution sensor and crank angle sensor for controlling the firing timing, discharge period and discharge frequency. CONSTITUTION:Output from a load sensor 8 and engine revolution sensor 9 actuates a control unit 5 to feed optimal firing signal theta1 and discharge period signal theta2 in an output circuit 6 and also to feed optimal frequency signal (f) in an oscillator 7. The output circuit 6 accepts output of a crank angle sensor 10 and signals from the control unit 5 and oscillator 7 to put a group of pulse signals out to a power transistor 4. this system can consequently control the firing timing, discharge period and discharge frequency in accordance with the running conditions.
