PURPOSE:To improve the shelf stability and fluidity of a toner and almost prevent the formation of a toner film on the surfaces of a photoreceptor and a carrier by uniformly dispersing a specified amount of polymethyl-3,3,3-trifluoropropylsiloxane with a specified kinematic viscosity in the toner. CONSTITUTION:Polymethyl-3,3,3-trifluoropropylsiloxane with 300-10,000 sSt kinematic viscosity represented by the formula is uniformly dispersed in a toner by 0.05-5wt% to the amount of the toner. For example, a binding resin, a colorant, magnetic powder, etc. are mixed, and to the mixture is added the above- mentioned siloxane. After well mixed, the mixture is melted, kneaded, pulverized, and sphered in an electric furnace together with finely pulverized silica or the like to prepare a toner.
