Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a colorant compsn. which has excellent dispersibility and high coloring density, by kneading a thermoplastic resin, a dye or a pigment, a nonionic surfactant and a low-molecular polyolefin together.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin, a dye or a pigment, a nonionic surfactant and a low-molecular polyolefin are kneaded togehter. The preferred amount of the thermoplastic resin is 50W85wt%. When the amount of the resin is less than 50 wt%, the granulation of the colorant compsn. becomes difficult. When the amount is more than 85wt%, dispersibility becomes poor. The preferred amount of the dye or the pigment is 10W40wt%. When the amount of the dye or the pigment is less than 10wt%, an effect on the rationalization of coloring processing cost as master batch is decreased. When the amount exceeds 40wt%, the granulation becomes difficult. The preferred amount of the nonionic surfactant is 0.5W10wt%. When the amount is less than 0.5wt%, an effect on an improvement in the dispersibility becomes poor. When the amount exceeds 10wt%, there is a tendency to promote the releasing phenomenon of the low-molecular polyolefin.
