Abstract

PURPOSE: To spare the mounting of a steam boiler as a supply source of steam for use to the pyrolisis furnace when water gas reaction is to be caused or the temperature of the combustion area is to be lowered utilizing steam as inert gas with low temperature.
CONSTITUTION: The waste matter (a) put into a pyrolisis furnace 1 is dried and pyrolized by the combustion heat of pyrolized carbide. The pyrolization gas (b) is exhausted from the top of the furnace and mixed with the air for recombustion in a combustion apparatus 2 to be subjected to recombustion. The combustion gas (c) generated in the combustion apparatus 2 is cooled in the cooling tower 3 and then forwarded to a preheating apparatus 4. In the preheating apparatus 4, the heat of these combustion gas is exchanged by the air blown into the preheating apparatus 4 by a blower 7. On the other hand, the air (f) heated in the preheating apparatus 4 is cooled down by the spary of humidifier water (g) in the humidifying apparatus 6, and through an intake tube 8 for air for combustion, the air (f) is sent to the pyrolysis furnace 1 from the bottom thereof.
