PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of an internal fan and reduce a wind loss by forming a wind-proof plate for the internal fan into the shape of a hanging bell, communicating the concave part thereof with a negative-pressure part in front of the internal fan and thereby preventing the exfoliation of the wind-proof plate in the upstream and downstream parts of the internal fan. CONSTITUTION:The wind-proof plate 4 in the downstream part of the internal fan 3 is formed into the shape of the hanging bell, a gas-sucking hole 5a is provided in the concave part of the bell, further a gas-sucking-out hole 5b is provided in the wind-proof plate 4 located in the upstream part of the hole 5a and the internal fan 3, and both holes are communicated with each other by a duct or a pipe 5. By this constitution, the sucking effect at the hanging-bell-shaped concave part of the wind-proof plate 4 and the sucking-out effect at the upstream part of the internal fan enable regulation of the flow of a cooling wind and elimination of exfoliation of the wind-proof plate, enabling also increase in efficiency of the internal fan as well as reduction of the wind loss.
