Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a durable reflection-preventive film having wavelength width and residual reflection improved, by allowing a four-layer reflection-preventive film of lambda0/4 (MgF2), lambda0/2, lambda0/4, and lambda0/4 in optical film thickness to reference wavelength lambda0 from a medium to a substrate to meet prescribed requirements.
