Abstract

A two-layer film consisting of SiO and SiO2 is formed as a reflection preventing film on the acrylic resin layer, or the reflection preventing film is made from Al2O3, TiO2 and SiO2. Thus, a film with good adhesiveness to the reflection preventing film is formed for a short time, reducing the reflection factor of the reflection preventing film.
