Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the CML (current switch type logical circuit) which has the minimum distribution width, and an equal and also normal logical level, by making small and large the adjusting resistance of the CML of the point where the drop is large, being far away from the electric power source line, and the CML of the point where the drop is small, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The CML-A is a normal logical level in which there is no electric power source drop, and the high level VOH and the low level VOL are R1I0, and (R1+RL)I0, respectively.
