Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable operation at higher speed and eliminate wasteful consumption of electric power, by dividing the power transmission route into different passages when operating at high speed and when inching. CONSTITUTION:In the case of high speed operation, a clutch 41 of friction plate type is disengaged, and the output of a main driving motor 25 operates the operating parts at high speed through belt 31, torque back 26, and drive pinion 36. When inching, on the other hand, the power source of the main driving motor 25 is cut off, and the clutch of the torque back is disengaged while the brake is engaged, so that the moment of inertia of a flywheel 32 may not be transmitted to the drive pinion 36. In this setting, then, the clutch 41 of the friction plate type is engaged, and a subsidiary driving motor 37 is started. As a result, the output is transmitted to the drive pinion 36 through speed reducing mechanism 39, input gear 48, output shaft 66, thereby operating the operating parts at a very low speed. At this time, the clutch of the torque back 26 is disengaged, so that the effect of moment of inertia of the flywheel 32 may not be applied up the subsidiary driving motor 37.
