Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a large output signal even at ultrahigh frequency range with a low distortion rate by coupling an amplifying transistor with a constant-current source transistor as a load through a capacity element. CONSTITUTION:Constant-current source transistor Q2 serving as the load on amplifying transistor Q1 is provided and capacitor C is connected between the emitter of Q1 and the base of Q2. Load ZL of this circuit is therefore large in appearance, which results in an increase in amplification gain.
