Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the frequency dependancy of output, by connecting capacitor between the emitter and reference potential of the common emitter type amplifier. CONSTITUTION:To the emitter of transistor Q11 constituting the common emitter amplifier, the terminal j is provided and the capacitor C10 is connected. The voltage gain Av of transistor Q11 is given by Av RL/(ro+1/2pifC10) (where: ro is the emitter junction resistance of Q11). Taking RL as constant value, since the impedance of the capacitor is changed with frequency, the gain increases at higher frequency and decreases at lower frequency. Thus, the reception sensitivity difference can be reduced with the change in the frequency of input signal.
