Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve uniformity, weather resistance and solidness of a light beam reflective layer by forming the light beam reflective layer of a metallic electroless layer constituting principally of nickel, etc.
CONSTITUTION: On one side of resin substrate 2, uneven surface 3 expressing reproduced information is provided and on this uneven surface 3, a reflective layer of a metallic electroless plating layer is bonded which consists principally of at least one kind of nickel, cobalt, tin and silver. Next, uneven surface 3 is activated by hydrophilic processing and further, curving processing of palladium is performed at need. Then a light beam reflective layer of nickel containing several percents of phosphorus is formed by electroless metal plating and an urethane-based protective layer is formed on the reflection layer.
