Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The face and back sides of a fixed or sliding plate 10 is formed parallel, and the both sides are preliminarily cut and processed to specified precision so as to be useful as sliding surfaces. In the through-hole position of this plate 10, a hole 14 which is concentric with the through-hole and is larger in diameter is pierced, and a nozzle hole part member 15 which is separately formed by integrally assembling the hole 14 part and dowel protruding part is set in this hole 14 at a jointing of, for example, 3mm or less. Deformation due to crack of plate 10 may be prevented by a steel strip 12. In this method, if the face side of the plate 10 is damaged beyond the specified degree until unusable, the back side may be used immediately only by turning orver.
