The cylindrical coil spring 2 expands and contracts in response to the magnitude of the kinetic energy of the fluids, and the pitch settles down to one that the best heat exchange efficinecy is obtained to flow rate. Said coil spring may be disposed at the outside of the pipe, and may be formed in a cylindrical or a conical shape.
