PURPOSE:To use a brake versatilely by adding levers and a differential mechanism to it. CONSTITUTION:Levers 20, which have cuts 21 between the supports 5 and the connecting parts 11, matching parts 22 and V-shaped grooves 23, are provided, the connecting parts 11 are playably put in them, the end faces 19a of the projection 19 of the connecting parts 11 and the webs 5b of the supports 5 are contacted. Also a differential mechanism, which has the frame 32, roller 34 and wire 31, is provided, both ends of the wire are linked to the ends of lever. When the working liquid is pressing in the cylinder 8, the piston 9 is pulled, the brake 2 is turned around the anchor 4, the brake shoes 6 are pressed against the damping face 1a, a damping action as a service brake is performed.
