Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a method of collecting efficiently powder particles such as dusts or the like and loading them onto a conduit transport vehicle without requiring man power by a simple process using a relatively inexpensive facility.
CONSTITUTION: Dusts 3 introduced through an inlet 1 is fed through a valve 4 into a transport tube 5, flown in floated manner in an air stream flowing toward a suction tube 11 by a blower 6 in the tube 5, and collected in a container 15 in a collector 14 provided between the tube 5 and the tube 11. After the air stream passed through the collector 14 is removed from the dusts via a cyclone 8 and a back filter 12, it is exhausted. The container 15 collecting and filling the dusts 3 is set at pulling position by rotating a shaft 25 at predetermined angle, and a vacant container 15 is then set in the collector 14. Then, the container 15 is pulled out on the roller table 18 by a cylinder 17, and loaded onto a conduit transport vehicle 20 via a skid 19 to be transported via a conduit to a disposal place.
