Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a compact and light powdery and granular material transfer apparatus by the use of a rotary feeder without needing a power drive.
CONSTITUTION: When a blower 3 is driven, a powdery and granular maternal 2 in a position A is guided from an intake 5 to an inlet 19 of a separator chamber 17 to be accumulated on a blade 22. An impeller 24 is rotated by the weight of the powdery and granular material accumulated on the blade 22. As the impeller 24 is rotated, the powdery and granular material 2 on the blade 22 is moved downward and guided from a powdery and granular material outlet 23 of a tank 15 to a hose 10. Through the hose 10 flows an air flow 12 which is separated from the powdery and granular material in the separator 17 and enters the blower 3 from an outlet 18 through a filter 20 to be blasted. The powdery and granular material 2 is carried by the air flow guided by the hose 10 to be transferred to a destination B.
