Abstract
PURPOSE: To carry out the waste water treatment economically and effectively by a method wherein highly concentrated excretion or the like is treated by oxidation and, thereafter, the treated water is subjected to nitrification treatment by adjusting the pH thereof in order to treat effectively and the recovered fresh water is utilized.
CONSTITUTION: High concentrated excrement is subjected to oxidation treatment by activated sludge and, thereafter, the pH is adjusted to 6W8 as well as the dissolved oxygen amount to above 1 ppm and nitrogen compounds dissolved in the treated water are converted to nitrogen oxide by nitrification treatment as well as biological oxygen demand is further lowered. Thereby, the treated water obtained by nitrification treatment is separated into fresh water and solid components by sedimentation and the fresh water is used as a diluting water to the treated water is oxidation treatment or a defoaming water.
