Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the condensing of moisture in a dust collector and maintain stable power generation by letting part of exhaust gas burn when temperature drop thereby maintaining exhaust gas temperature within a fixed range in the gas turbine power generation using the blast furnace exhaust gas after dust removal.
CONSTITUTION: A filter-dust collector 3 which passes the exhaust gas introduced from the upper part of a dust-laden exhaust gas lead-in part 11 through the filter layer 15 comprising being packed with granular lump-form filter media 13 movably among supports 14, removing dust from this and exhausting the gas through an outlet 20 is used. In the apparatus of generating power by passing the exhaust gas from a blast furnace 1 through a duct 2, exhaust gas burner 5, duct 2 and filter-dust collector 3 and leading the same to an axial-flow turbine 6, the exhaust gas temperature is detected by the exhaust gas temperature detecting control unit 4a, 4 provided before and behind the exhaust gas burner 5 and when the temperature lowers below the set temperature, the burner 5 is operated to partially burn the exhaust gas, whereby the exhaust gas is maintained within the specified temperature range.
