Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The quantity of water flowing into a sedimentation basin 1 is detected by means of a flow meter 7 and the quality of water by means of a water analyzer 8. The efficiency of sedimentation is operated 9 from the value of the quality of water, the quantity of precipitation is operated 10 from the efficiency of sedimentation and the quantity of water, and the quantity of precipitation every each sedimentation basin is operated 11 when there are a large number of sedimentation basins 1.
