Abstract
PURPOSE: To effectively use waste paste without causing environmental pollution by mixing it with water, adding it to the paste with fixed concentration, and re-utilizing it when it is mixed.
CONSTITUTION: Lead powder, dilute sulfuric acid, and water are mixed and paste is formed. This is filled in a lead grid and an electrode plate is created.
