Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the paste having excellent life performance by providing a process obtaining a kneaded mixture of lead powder containing fluorine resin in addition to a kneading process in which lead powder, water, and sulfuric acid are kneaded and by mixing them again. CONSTITUTION:Lead powder is mixed with water and prekneaded, then, for example, dilute sulfuric acid of S.G. 1.300 is poured into them, and moreover they are kneaded.
