Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the noises thereby to reduce the counter-measures for the noises at a control portion so that this control portion may be simplified by continuously operating the treating portion, which is operative to generate noises in accordance with its condution, from conduction of a print button to the end of the whole copying steps. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 33 receives signals of the copying number and density from an input device 31 and signals of paper size from an input device 32 so that a load 34 is controlled in accordance with the pulses from a pulse generator 30. The control of the load 34 by the microcomputer 33 is accomplished by a high voltage transformer A, which acts as a power source for separating and discharging coronas, a photosensitive drive device, a high voltage transformer B, which acts as a power source for charging and transfer coronas, and a developing bias impressing device. The treating portion for generating the noises in response to the condution is continuously operated from the condution of the print button to the end of the copying step. Thus, it is possible to reduce generation of noises.
