Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate troubles due to seizure, by producing an inner ring guide collar surface and a roller larger end surface in shapes that both surfaces contact over the whole surfaces, by forming said collar surface so as to ensure a curvature concave curved surface in the radial direction larger than the curvature radius of said larger end surface and by contacting both surfaces at a location, which height is 1/2 of the height of the collar surface.
CONSTITUTION: A center of eurvature radius RA is decided in such a manner that a surface 4, to which a larger end surface 2 contacts, of an inner ring guide collar 3 is shaped to a concave curved surface to the curvature radius R of the larger end surface 2 of a rollr 1, the radius RA of curvature in the radial direction of a bearing is worked in 1.5W3 times as large as the curvature radius R of the larger end surface 2 of the roller 1 and a location e of a contact portion between the larger end surface 2 and the surface 4 is positioned at a center portion l/2 of the height l of the collar. Consequently, clearances K1, K2 with the larger end surface 2 in an outer circumferential edge and an inner circumferential edge of the surface 4 become small, the whole surfaces of both surfaces 2, 4 can contact for a short time, and temp rise becomes small, thus preventing troubles due to seizure, etc.
