Abstract

The operating level is preset by a resistive voltage dividing circuit composed of resistors 71, 72 and 74, and the return level is preset by a resistive voltage dividing circuit composed of resistors 79, 80 and 73. The contact of the realy 95 is used only for extracting output signals so that it can be free from contact deterioration. Even if the return level is erroneously preset higher than the operating level, no feedback current is supplied to the base of the transistor 51, when the main voltage becomes higher than the operating, level, so that the feedback current is fed through a resistor 86.
