Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a same effect as forming a gap locally in a magnetic resistance by heating more than 500°C and then slowly cooling to crystallize one portion of a magnetic core made by winding a band shaped body of an amorphous magnetic alloy in a spiral form.
CONSTITUTION: A band shaped body of an amorphous magnetic alloy containing B, Si, P as Fe, Ni, Co being as main components is wound as a spiral form to form a magnetic core 6 of a ring shape, one portion of this magnetic core 6 is heated more than 500°C and then slowly cooled to form a crystallized portion 7 and a permeability of this portion is made to be lowered. Accordingly a magnetic resistance of the crystallized portion 7 becomes large, together with obtaining a same effect as forming a gap, by variing a rate of an amorphous portion and a crystallized portion an inductance-current performance can be adjusted freely
