Abstract
PURPOSE: Relative phase meeting operation of two materials (workpiece and grinding stone) doing synchronous movement is effected automatically by the utilization of phase detection device. By doing so, arrangement time and can be shortened and operability can remarkably be improved.
CONSTITUTION: When a workpiece 1 and a grinding stone 9 receive the phase meeting a magnetic valve 17 actuates and oil inside an oil tank 15 is fed to a oil motor 14 to drive it. By means of the drive of the oil motor, bevel gear 13c is rotated through a worm 13e and a wormwheel 13d in such a way that an eccentric shaft 19, i.e., rotation of an eccentric cam 6 is corrected. On the other hand, when the work 1 and stone 9 reach to the position (phase) having volume controled shape to be ground, a signal is emitted to AND circuit 23 from a both phase detector; 21 and 22, of the side of the work 1 and stone 9 and then it is emitted from the AND circuit 23 to the electromagnetic valve 17 to close the oil motor 14. Then, subsequently the worm wheel 13d is stopped through the worm 13e for normal synchronous movement.
